Terms of Service

1 About Zenvyro Hosting

Zenvyro Hosting provides digital hosting services and digital products. Our website is zenvyrohosting.nl and the client panel is panel.zenvyrohosting.nl. Support runs through the ticket system and, where applicable, our Discord server.

2 Scope

These terms apply to your use of the website, the client panel, our hosting services and the marketplace. By placing an order you accept the terms that apply to the product you order.

3 Accounts

• You are responsible for providing correct account details.
• Keep your login details private and enable the security options that are available to you.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
• Misuse of accounts, including sharing access to abuse our services, is not allowed.

4 Hosting services

We offer FiveM hosting and Discord bot hosting. The available resources (such as RAM, CPU and storage) depend on the package you purchased and are shown on the product page and your invoice.

You may not deliberately abuse the resources of your service or the shared infrastructure. Services can be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or technical problems. You can check the current status at status.zenvyrohosting.nl.

5 Acceptable use

You may not use our services for activities that harm us, our network or other customers. This includes:

• malware, phishing, botnets and credential theft
• DDoS attacks, port scanning or other attacks on systems you do not own
• illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others
• spam and unsolicited bulk messages
• cryptomining, unless we have explicitly allowed it for your service
• other abuse of the infrastructure that causes problems for the network, servers or other customers

6 FiveM hosting

• You are responsible for your own server files, scripts, resources and licences.
• You are responsible for complying with the terms of third-party software and platforms you use.
• We cannot guarantee that every third-party script or resource is compatible with your server.

7 Discord bot hosting

• You manage your own bot code and tokens.
• Do not share tokens or other secrets publicly. If a token leaks, reset it immediately.
• You are responsible for complying with the Discord rules and API terms.

8 Marketplace

The marketplace offers digital products such as scripts, remakes and server files. The product description determines what is delivered. Downloads are linked to your account and purchase.

Reselling or distributing purchased files without authorisation is not allowed where the licence of the product does not permit it.

9 Payment

• The prices shown at checkout and on your invoice apply.
• Where applicable, payment must be completed before a service is delivered or activated.
• Recurring services are invoiced periodically for the chosen billing period.

10 Suspension and termination

We may temporarily restrict or suspend a service in case of abuse, fraud, security problems or a serious violation of these terms. Where reasonably possible we will contact you first and give you the chance to resolve the issue. Termination is a last resort for serious or repeated violations.

11 Data and backups

You remain responsible for your own important data and backups, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. The backup options that are available differ per product.

12 Liability

We deliver our services with reasonable care. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have by law as a consumer or liability that cannot legally be limited.

13 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when important changes are made.
